Circle is the employee portal Redbox Technologies designed and built to run its own team — HR, attendance, leave, payroll, recruitment and a complete accounting platform, in one place, for every role in the company.

02 — The challenge
What needed solving.
A growing team was juggling spreadsheets, chat threads and separate tools for attendance, leave requests, payroll and bookkeeping. Information was duplicated, approvals were slow, and nobody had one place to see what needed their attention.
The goal: a single, fast portal where every employee sees exactly what they need — and where HR, finance and management can run the company with confidence.
03 — Our approach
How we designed it.

Roles first
We mapped every role — Super Admin, HR, Finance, Accountant, Manager, Team Lead, Employee and Viewer — and designed the portal around what each person needs to do, with permissions enforced on the server.

A calm, consistent interface
A custom design system with a light and dark theme, a colour-coded sidebar and a command search keeps more than 40 modules feeling like one product.

Real accounting, not a ledger bolt-on
Chart of accounts, journals, invoices, bills, bank reconciliation, budgets, multicurrency and close-the-books — with an immutable, verifiable audit log.

Circle replaced a patchwork of spreadsheets and separate tools with one portal. Approvals, payroll and bookkeeping now follow a single, auditable flow, and every employee has one place to check attendance, leave, payslips and tasks.
